Educational Courses & Workshops

Learn effective strategies for managing MSK pain, self-care techniques, and lifestyle interventions.

Peer Support  

Supportive network of individuals with similar experiences to share, learn, and encourage one another.

Walking Groups

Participate in weekly "walk and talk" sessions to stay active and connect with others in the community.

Health & Wellbeing Programs

Integrating the pillars of lifestyle medicine, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and social connection.
